HOW DO YOU BREATHE, HUMAN!?
Do you want to learn to take those amazing long, deep breaths? What can deep breaths help you with?
YOGIC BREATH where you influence the diaphragm, massaging from the inside out.
- Provides mental and physical healing
- Oxygenates
- Calms anxiety and restlessness
- Provides pain relief
Feeling stressed, exhausted, anxious, and want to take control of your breath? Tired, pain in body and soul? Do you just want to quiet the noise and relax for a while, completely in tune with your body?
An amazingly simple method that you always carry with you.
Especially beneficial for those with atrial fibrillation, high blood pressure, heart/cardiovascular issues, COPD, asthma, and more.
The movements are simple, gentle, and connected to the breath. The focus is on the essential breath. Always ends with a meditation/mantra singing and deep rest. Comfortable clothing, no shoes are needed.
Tips for yoga!
It's a good idea to bring a water bottle. Deep breathing can make you thirsty and dry out your mouth. Also, avoid eating a large meal too close to the session, as a full stomach can be very uncomfortable during the yoga session. Instead, have a piece of fruit or a small snack for after the session. Yoga is best done on an empty stomach.
