Foot Treatments
Medical Foot Care is for those who cannot take care of their feet due to foot conditions or other impaired body functions.
For example, weak hands, difficulty bending down, etc. The cost is exempt from VAT according to the Swedish Tax Agency.
FOOT CARE Partial Treatment (max 30 minutes)
Focused on specific issues, for example, when you have pain from corns, ingrown toenails, or just want to trim the nails, and similar concerns.
Foot Care as Wellness is for those who receive foot care for cosmetic or general well-being purposes.
Deductible for the employer and a fringe benefit for the employee. The treatment is subject to VAT.
Foot care includes approximately 50 minutes:
- Foot assessment and softening foot bath
- Treatment of calluses, cracks, corns, ingrown toenails, fungus, and other nail care as needed.
Of course, advice on care, choice of shoes, and improvements in existing footwear, as well as other treatments that may be beneficial for healthy feet.
The treatment concludes with a relaxing foot and lower leg massage.
INGROWN TOENAILS
Before seeking care at a medical center for ingrown toenails, you should come to me. I can alleviate the pressure in the nail fold causing discomfort or pain. Sometimes, a nail correction may be necessary to help the ingrown nail grow straighter. There are several methods to do this, depending on the nail.
WART TREATMENT
Treatment of warts with customized methods, including:
- Drying with VERRUTOP®, which consists of acids that lead to the drying of wart tissue
- Freezing to -95°C
- Drying agents such as ACETOCAUSTIN
